AVES Return Policy

Thank you for choosing AVES for your hunting gear.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if you are not,  you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange if the item(s) are unworn and clean with original tags attached.

In the case of an exchange or return, please contact us via at info@aveshunting.com and provide the following information:

• Subject: Return/Exchange
• First Name, Last Name
• Order Number
• Item Number
• Reason for return/exchange
• If exchange, list replacement item number and size

Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to include in your return package.  AVES is not responsible for any  items returned by the customer that become lost, stolen or damaged in transit back to AVES.

Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color is typically a 2-5 business day turnaround process.  When the exchange has been completed, you will receive a tracking number for the new order.

Items returned for a refund will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise.  Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.  Refunds on returned items will not include the original shipping and handling charges.
