AVES Return Policy


We understand that upon receiving an item you have purchased with AVES you may feel the need to return or exchange the item due to a concern with sizing, fit, color, function, etc. 

Any item sent in for exchange or refund must be received by AVES within 20 days of you taking delivery of the original item. With a 5-10 day typical shipping grace period, we feel that 20 days is a sufficient amount of time for you to review the items purchased and decide on weather or not you would like to keep, exchange, or return the item for a refund. 

Any item being returned for an exchange or refund must be new, unused, and unworn. Base layers and/or underwear may not be returned. 

Requirements by you:

In the case of a return, please contact us via email at info@aveshunting.com and explain the need for a return. We will provide an RA# in which you will be required to write on the outside of the package when returning to AVES. Improper RA# items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

Any return must contain the correct RA# issued by AVES as well as proof of purchase. Returns and/or exchanges are available to the original customer only and can not be transferred. 

Shipping items back:

When returning items, please use a carrier that provides tracking. AVES is not responsible for any items returned by the customer that become lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to AVES. 

What to expect:

Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color is typically a 2-5 business day turnaround process. This time frame allows AVES to return and restock your original item into the system. Once this is complete we will pull your new requested item and process it for shipping. When the exchange has been complete, we will reconnect, informing you that your new product has been shipped.

If you purchased an item and wish to receive a refund the same requirements apply. Refunds will be issued to the card used in the original purchase. Refunds will be issued once AVES receives the original item/items and has had the opportunity to inspect each item ensuring that it is up to refund requirements. While refunds will be issued immediately once the items have passed the requirements and restocked, please allow 2-4 weeks to see that money back in your account. Refunds on returned items do not include the original shipping and handling charges.
