Measure just above and below your belly button all the way around.

Place the measuring tape on the outside of your hip bone and measure down to the bottom of your outside ankle

Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Measure from the very top of your inner leg down to the bottom of your inner ankle without pulling the tape tight.

While standing in a normal position, measure from the center back of your neck, down the length of your arm, to your wrist.

Start the tape at the center of the largest part of your chest and run under your arms, around the circumference of your body, and back to the starting point.
