While we strive to build our clothing and gear to withstand all of the harsh conditions we as hunters endure, nothing is completely indestructible.

AVES Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in AVES Gear due to our manufacturers workmanship.
Who is covered:
The original purchaser of an item is covered with our Lifetime Warranty and will be required to provide proof of purchase in the event of a warranty claim. This warranty is nontransferable.
Warranty does not Cover:
AVES Lifetime Warranty does not cover any clothing or gear with problems caused by any abuse or items being used for anything other than their intended use. We do not cover items that are damaged due to misuse or any acts of nature (flood, fire, moths, etc). AVES is not responsible for any items that have been lost or stolen. AVES warranty does not cover damages to items due to normal wear and tear or instances where you damage the item with snags, picks, stains, tears, holes, discoloration, burns, etc.
AVES Warranty Department will identify the damages and decide if it is a manufacturer defect versus damage that is not covered .
How to make a warranty claim:
In the event that you need to make a warranty claim for a manufacturer defect of an item, please complete the following steps:
-Contact AVES via email at email@example.com with the subject being Warranty Claim.
-Explain in this email the reasoning and defect of the particular item. Please include pictures. Note: If pictures are not included you may be asked and required to attach pictures of the damages/defects to proceed with your claim.
-We will work with you in determining if you have a credible warranty claim through your explanations and pictures of the damaged item.
-We will provide you with a RA# in which you are required to write on the outside of the package when the item is shipped back to AVES.
Note: By Law, any returned items must be clean. If the item/items are returned to us dirty, the warranty process will be void and the items will be sent back to you without going through the warranty inspection or process.
What we will do for your claim:
In the event that you do submit an item to us for a warranty claim that is not determined to fall under the warranty guidelines, the item/items will then be shipped back to you.
If your claim is valid, we will replace it with a new item of the same product, size, color, etc. Once your new product is processed, we will reconnect informing you that the process is complete and that your package is on its way. In the event that the product you are sending back for a warranty claim is no longer in stock or discontinued, we will give you the option for another product of equal value or for a complete refund of the defective item. This refund will be issued for the product falling under the warranty claim only and will not include the original shipping and handling charges.
